Scope of Services

  • We provide professional services in:
    • Web Design & Development
    • Mobile App Development
    • SEO (Search Engine Optimization) & Backlinks
    • Digital Marketing & Paid Campaigns
    • Social Media Marketing & Management
  • Service details, timelines, deliverables, and costs will be specified in written proposals, quotations, or agreements before project commencement.

Client Responsibilities

  • The Client must provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary to complete the project.
  • The Client is responsible for providing required content (text, images, logos, etc.) unless otherwise agreed.
  • Delays in providing feedback, approvals, or materials may extend project timelines.
  • The Client is responsible for ensuring that any material they provide does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Payments & Fees

  • A non-refundable advance payment/deposit (percentage agreed upon in quotation) is required before work begins.
  • Remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.
  • Delayed payments may result in suspension of services until full payment is received.
  • All third-party costs (domains, hosting, ads, software licenses, etc.) are to be borne by the Client unless otherwise stated.

Revisions & Changes

  • Each project includes a limited number of revisions as agreed in the proposal.
  • Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • Major scope changes after project commencement may require a new quotation and timeline.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
  • Work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billable.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client owns rights to final deliverables (e.g., website, app, or marketing creatives).
  • Company Ownership: We retain rights to any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or intellectual property used to create the project.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless the Client specifically requests otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information shared during the project.
  • We may use Client business name and logo for promotional purposes unless explicitly prohibited.

Limitations of Liability

  • While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee:
    • Specific ranking positions on search engines (SEO outcomes depend on multiple factors).
    • Specific ROI or sales results from marketing campaigns.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Losses arising from downtime, third-party failures, or technical issues outside our control.
    • Unauthorized access, hacking, or cyberattacks beyond our security measures.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount the Client paid for the specific service in dispute.

Third-Party Services

  • Some services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, hosting providers, payment gateways).
  • We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or policy changes made by third parties.
  • Clients must comply with third-party terms and policies when using such services.

Warranties & Support

  • We provide limited support after project completion, as agreed in the project proposal.
  • Ongoing maintenance, updates, or additional support may be subject to separate fees.
  • No warranty is provided for third-party integrations, plugins, or software beyond their respective vendor warranties.

Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Clickiyo.com harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from:

  • Content or material provided by the Client.
  • Illegal use of services.
  • Breach of these Terms by the Client.

Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • Payments are overdue.
  • The Client violates these Terms.
  • The project involves unlawful, unethical, or harmful content.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Kerala-India].
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala-India.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
