General Refund Terms

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced, as we invest significant resources from the start of each project.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the type of service, project stage, and specific circumstances.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@clickiyo.com.
  • Processing of approved refunds may take 7–14 business days.

Refunds for Different Services

a. Web Design & Development

  • Before Project Start: If the client cancels before any work has begun, a full refund (minus administrative charges, if any) may be issued.
  • After Initial Draft/Design: Once we deliver wireframes, mockups, or the first draft, 25–50% of the project fee is non-refundable.
  • After Development Phase: Once coding, integrations, or testing has started, refunds are not possible.

b. Mobile App Development

  • Pre-development Stage: Full refund possible if canceled before design or coding starts.
  • Design Stage Completed: Partial refund (up to 50%) may be granted.
  • After Development Begins: No refunds, as resources and coding hours are already invested.

c. Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing

  • These services involve time-sensitive campaigns, ad budgets, and ongoing strategy execution.
  • Refunds are not possible once campaigns are launched, as ad spend is directly allocated to platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • If a campaign has not yet started, cancellation may be possible with a pro-rata refund (after deducting administrative and setup fees).
  • SEO and backlink building are long-term, result-oriented processes.
  • Refunds are not available once work has started, as costs are incurred for tools, content, and outreach.
  • If services have been prepaid but not yet initiated, a partial refund may be issued.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Consultation fees or discovery session charges.
  • Domain name, hosting, SSL, or third-party software purchased on behalf of the client.
  • Custom content, copywriting, or graphics once delivered.
  • Paid advertising budgets (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Completed milestones, even if the client chooses not to use the final output.

Client Responsibilities

Refund requests may be denied if:

  • The client fails to provide required information, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner, causing delays.
  • The client requests additional changes beyond the agreed scope of work.
  • The project is abandoned due to lack of communication from the client (30+ days of inactivity).
